Shipping

Domestic Shipping: All domestic orders ship via USPS 1st Class Mail. Once shipped, you will be notified with tracking information. Please allow up to 1 week of transit time for your package to arrive. If you have any issues with the delivery of your order, please email us (contact@setapartonline.com) with your name and order so we can notify you of your order status. 

Shipping of specialty items, bulk orders and campaign products vary depending on specifics of each project. Shipping options will be communicated during consultations and are subject to change depending on individual project circumstances. Please note that items purchased through a campaign will be processed at the completion of the sale – not at the time of order – and then printed and shipped.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are wishing to ship outside of the United States, please contact us to discuss your options.

Payments & Privacy Policy

Payments: All transactions are securely processed by WooCommerce Payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personal information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but you may opt-out at any time. 

Return Policy

Cancel/Change order: If you need to cancel or change anything in your order before we process the purchase, simply email us (contact@setapartonline.com) to let us know how we can help. We check all emails before processing orders each day.

Exchanges & Refunds: Due to constantly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return because of a defective item or because we sent you the wrong item, we will refund you the cost of the product and the original shipping fee. Please allow 10 business days after we receive your return to see the refund processed to your account. 

Sizing & Product Availability

Sizing: Garment measurements are found near the bottom of each individual product page in order to help you decide which size to get. 

Product Availability: Although availability my be indicated on our site, we can’t guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order (we’ll try not to, though). Of course, if your purchase product becomes no longer available, you will be refunded your expenses. Due to the ever-changing availability of items and timing of a sale’s opening and closing dates, if we are unable to produce the advertised item, a similar and equal value item may be substituted.

F.A.Q.s

Can I run a team store but also make it a fundraiser? Absolutely! It will especially be the same thing, you will just profit money off each purchase (you choose how much) and we will advertise to your fans as a fundraiser for the team. 

Is there a minimum order amount? The lucky number is 40! For bulk screen print orders, the minimum is 40 items. There are occasional exceptions depending on size, color, and locations of prints. For a campaign, the minimum of each print is 40 items. These do not all need to be the same items (for example, the same size design could be printed on t-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops – you would only need 40 all combined). If however, you are printing a design on youth sizes and adult sizes, that will require two different size designs, therefore requiring 40 prints of each design. A deposit is collected at the beginning of each campaign to account for any failure to meet project minimum requirements. 

Can fans order custom name/number options on their items? Yes. Customization is an option. You will determine the options for your fans when creating your online store.

Can you print on specialty items? We will do our best to accommodate any item/brand you want your design printed on. If there is a specific product you want that we have not advertised to you, please share that information when determining your products to offer.

Are there discounts for ordering more items? Yes. Prices of each product depends on many variables. For a bulk order, prices will be less per item as the total number of items reach certain levels. When running a campaign, we can create coupons with discount codes (example: for coaches) or incentives to purchase more items or submit orders by certain dates.
